Methodological support for data quality management used in the development of standardization documents

The article discusses the existing methods and principles of data quality management in terms of their application in managing the process of developing standardization documents. The purpose of the study is to create data quality management methodologies and a data-based monitoring system for the development of standardization documents, which will increase the level of digital maturity of the standardization document development process and prepare the information infrastructure for creating a digital twin of the process. The research used methods such as system analysis, an integrated approach to solving scientific, methodological and theoretical problems, methods of mathematical statistics, computer processing, analysis and interpretation of data were used in processing research results. A conceptual approach to data quality management is proposed, which is applicable to manage the process of developing standardization documents and in the monitoring system. As a result of the research, data quality management techniques and a monitoring system based on data processing have been developed, which will increase the level of digital maturity of the standardization document development process. A methodological framework for standardization in the field of data quality management has been developed. This will allow the use of high-quality data for automation, modeling and monitoring of the standardization document development process.
