Materials of complex physiological and sychological studies of employees with different tension classes of labor are presented. The method of quantitative assesment of functional stain of the human body under the mental work is developed. The method allows determining various stages of working tension of an organism with a high degree of precision. It can be used to prove the profilaxis measures against overstrain of an organism, as well as for prevention deseases, related to work.
