Methods of adaptive physical rehabilitation of persons with the consequences of complicated spinal cord injury

The issue of rehabilitation of people after spinal cord injury is very relevant now. The analysis showed that much attention is paid to methods of surgical treatment, diagnosis and prevention of early postoperative complications; however, in outpatient treatment during the rehabilitation process we rarely see a special technique that has a narrow focus. The article presents the content of the methodology that allows you to increase the level of rehabilitation capabilities, improve the functioning of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the gastrointestinal tract, normalize muscle tone and strength, promote; to develop in people after suffering a lumbar spine injury using adaptive physical rehabilitation techniques. The developed technique can be used both at the outpatient stage of rehabilitation in rehabilitation treatment departments. A feature of the method is the use of extended breathing exercises and the use of Ortho modular massage mats when performing standard exercises used at the outpatient recovery stage during the main part of the lesson.
