Technique of numerical calculation of gasdynamic characteristics of jet elements of pneumoautomatic equipment of control systems of difficult technical systems

The paper presents the results of modeling of gas flow in the channels of the fluidic elements of pneumoautomatics - a dual input amplifier. The mathematical model of calculation of parameters of gas flow with finite elements method based on the numerical solution of systems of differential equations Navier-Stokes equations, averaged by Reynolds’s method. This method is implemented using the software Ansys CFX. To close these equations a turbulence model, are formulated in accordance with the Boussinesq assumption, according to which Reynolds’s tensions can be related to the speed of the average strain through the turbulent viscosity. With the help of mathematical model a series of numerical calculations, on the basis of which the characteristics of the jet of a dual input amplifier.
