Methodology of diagnostic tasks for objective control of a specialist’s experience development

The article describes scientific and methodological approaches to the development of the assessment system for achieving the level of future experts competence based on the competency passport. Development methodology of diagnostic tasks for the students is suggested. The proposed approach allows specifying the content of the diagnostic test materials for each of the three sub-levels within the system for the development of specific competences, developing criteria for evaluation and the types of control tasks. The authors also suggest methodological approaches to expand and improve the teaching materials on the subjects: for example, to update the substantive and procedural links it is recommended to define the specification of tasks in academic programs and competency passports on the basis of interdisciplinary links and systematic approach. An algorithm of drawing up such tasks to achieve the levels of competence diagnostics developed by the authors is of practical significance.
