The article discusses the mechanisms of formation and maintenance of corporate culture in an organization. The key factors affecting and transforming corporate culture are identified. As the main methods of maintaining corporate culture, the author identified: documented goals, mission, rules, and principles; uniform requirements for staff clothing, interior design, punishment / motivation systems, etc.
