Methology of formation and development of information, communication, technological competences of teacher of initial classes in conditions of federal state educational standard of primary education

The article considers the information, communication and technological competences of a teacher in terms of their nature and identifying the internal and external factors of its development in the modern conditions. It gives the author's definition of information, communication and technological competences of a teacher in primary school and describes the didactic principles of the formation and development of information, communication and technological competences of a teacher in primary school, based on identified features.
