Method for Integral Assessment of the Quality of the Digital Platform of the Quality Management System

The article proposes a method for integral assessment of the quality of the digital quality management system (QMS) functioning, based on a systematic approach to the formation of measurable and relevant indicators. The proposed method takes into account the specifi cs of the enterprise, regulatory requirements, and the goals of digital transformation, which ensures fl exibility and adaptability of the assessment. The indicators are classifi ed into fi ve key blocks: the effectiveness of QMS processes, digital maturity, data quality and digital document management, user effi ciency, and adaptability of the digital system. This approach allows not only to assess the current state of the QMS, but also to identify problem areas, determine the dynamics of digital changes, and form recommendations for the system’s development. The methodology demonstrates high sensitivity to changes in the digital environment and practical applicability. The research results can be used in internal audits, self-assessment of digital maturity, and strategic planning of QMS development in the context of digitalization.
