Methodology for intelligent planning operations with interruptions of an automated mobile data collection system

This paper describes a particular method for drawing up an acceptable schedule for the operation of the constituent nodes (elements) of a distributed mobile automated data collection system. Such systems are designed to perform the task of obtaining data at various points in the area, moving through data collection points, and the duration of the operations of each node depends on external conditions, for example, weather or seismic. An example of such a system is gravimetry, magnetometry and seismometry at profile points on the ground. However, using the principle of analogy, it is possible to build a similar model for the process of data collection by any distributed system, including for special purposes.
