The technique of using game method in the pedagogical process in physical education in the junior school age

The paper deals with the application of the method of game method in physical education lessons in primary school. According to the research, we have found that games of different intensity can be used in different ways, taking into account the goals and objectives of the lesson, to predict the load and training effects on students.
