Research the rational conditions of ring formation from the metal strip

In work is resulted research of rational conditions of formation the rings from a metal strip. In machine building details are seldom made compound because of their high cost. Higher techno-logical indicators have the details consisting of many layers of a material. The most important indicators and dependences have been analysed, the technique of full factorial experiment 24 is developed for definition of empirical dependences of geometrical parameters and quality of sur-face at coiling, from technology factors of process. From this it is possible to draw a conclusion that executed researches allow to carry out purposefully design works on manufacturing the multilayered ring details.
