Methods of complex physical training of female students on the basis of means of dancing aerobics

The work is aimed at creating methods of complex physical training of students of nonspecial high schools and experimental confirmation of its efficiency. Methods. In the described forming pedagogical experiment 24 students have taken part. The following tests were applied to control the level of physical readiness: on 100 and 2000 m running, a long place jump, press exercise, pulling up in hanging, bending forward. Also the following indices characterizing the efficiency of the activity of respiratory and cardiovascular systems were defined: vital capacity of lungs, frequency of warm reductions of rest, index of individual aerobic readiness. Testing was held at the beginning and at the end of the academic year when a control group used only means of dancing aerobics, an experimental group was engaged by the developed technique. Authenticity of selective data differences was defined with the help of single-factor dispersion analysis. Results. The developed technique allows to achieve an obvious increase of both indices of general endurance, quick power abilities, flexibility, power endurance and indices of the effectiveness of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems activity during an academic year. The index of an individual aerobic readiness is really growing as well.
