The article raises issues of developing strength abilities as a directed pedagogical process. The inclusion of circuit training in the process of physical education of young men will help to increase the level of development of strength abilities. The complex of circuit training exercises includes technically simple exercises that have an acyclic structure. Cyclicity is achieved through serial fused repetitions. The text has developed and described circuit training for the development of strength abilities of 15-16 year old students. It is characterized by performing exercises together, one after another, without breaks or with a short rest interval, in combination with several repeated passages of the circle.
