The methodology of multi-criteria assessment of the quality of education of university graduates

In order to improve the objectivity of assessing the quality of education of university graduates, a multi-criteria assessment method is proposed. The method takes into account individual indicators of students' academic and work activity and indicators of the pedagogical qualifications of the teachers who conducted their classes. The results of research work and awards received for academic achievements, participation in competitions, exhibitions and olympiads are considered as indicators of work activity. To assess the activities of teachers, indicators of the quality of classes, grades for knowledge of disciplines and the methodological level of training are used. Teaching experience is also taken into account. These indicators make it possible to identify shortcomings in the organization of educational activities in various areas and specialties of training, promptly adjust educational and work programs in order to improve the quality of education. The multi-criteria assessment method of the quality of education can be used for external assessment of the results of the university's activities and internal assessment of the effectiveness of teachers, heads of educational programs, departments and faculties.
