The methods of the monitoring of target and integrated programs for children in the federal executive authorities and in the regions of the Russian Federation: social and economic aspects

The article discusses the methodological issues of the monitoring evaluating the implementation of target (integrated) programs for children by federal and regional executive authorities of the Russian Federation. The author determines the monitoring purpose, its stages (preparation, analysis), describes three types of basic indicators (integral, economic, social) and their application by the example of a long-term target program “Social support of certain categories of citizens in the Amur region in 2012-2016”.
