Treatment method of Devonian coaly-clay sediments for pollen analysis. II

The new kind of treatment method of Paleozoic continental sediments has been devel-oped for pollen analysis. Especial feature is the rocks contain a more chemically resistant coal than associated spores. The optimal crushing size of rock and utterly permissible treatment time for examples with each applied reagent were established. The obliging inclusion of the ultrasound exposition in every treatment stage, the using of precision screens for granulomertic separation and all rinse operations were proposed. The cycle scheme for coal maceration with preliminary keeping in pyridine was worked out.
