Method of estimation of decorative effect of species and sorts of genus Sorbus L

On the basis of literary data and own long-term supervision the method of decorative effect estimation of Sorbus is developed. In analysis of decorative qualities of representatives of genus Sorbus L. of collection of Ufa botanical garden to group I (highly decorative) are carried 14 species and 3 sorts, to group II (decorative) - 9 species. The most decorative are steady east-asian species - S. amurensis, S. x arnoldiana, S. commixta, S. decora, S. rufo-ferruginea and north-american species - S. americana and S. decora.
