Technique of an estimation of differentiation at regulation of socio-economic development urban agglomeration

The technique of an estimation of differentiation of socio-economic development of administrative-territorial units in urban agglomeration is offered. The approbation of the offered technique has allowed to define productivity of regulation of housing-and-municipal development of administrative-territorial units in Krasnoyarsk agglomeration, to establish the latent purposes of regional politics on features of development of a phenomenon of differentiation.
