Methods for evaluation of differentiation of social and economic development of a region

Methodological approach offered in the article is aimed at the comprehensive analysis of differentiation of social and economic development of regional municipal entities. The results of the analysis may be used by regional power bodies and local self-government bodies in the process of the decision-making with reference to the choice of regulations determined by the aims of the region development.
