Methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the change management support system

In the context of improving the organization of production, an automated change management support complex requires recording information circulating in an integrated management system. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of change management support systems. To achieve this goal, a change management support scheme has been systematized, which structures and transforms information flows to increase the effectiveness of the integrated enterprise management system. It is determined that criteria and indicators require standardization and unification, which, in turn, determine the effectiveness of an integrated management system and a management decision support system. The elements of the effectiveness of the change management support system are structured, which determine the integral effectiveness, which is manifested in the quality and effectiveness of the management decision made. The proposed criteria for the effectiveness of change management support systems, characterizing the functioning of the integrated management system and its elements from the point of view of the organization of production systems, reflect the continuous management of changes related to the achievement of sustainable development goals and ESG indicators. Thus, an indicative system for evaluating the effectiveness of change management support systems is proposed, combining standardization of efficiency criteria, assessment of the entropy of the production system and the proposed two-level approach to the diagnosis of an integrated management system, due to the design of thematic data storefronts.
