Methodology to assess the economic potential of the region under conditions of sanctions

In the face of economic sanctions the role and importance of regions have increased. As a result, it became necessary to assess the sustainable economic potential of the region. To ensure the balanced development of the territory the monitoring of the region's economic potential under the conditions of sanctions is required. The author proposes a methodology for assessing the economic potential of the region in sanctions regime. The proposed methodology is based on the monitoring its structural components. This can make it possible to detect the regions' resistance to sanctions.
