Methods of assessing the quality of socially important services on the example of Republic of Tatarstan

Annotation The article considers the method of evaluation of socially significant services on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016-2018. The list of questions of the Questionnaire participating in calculation of the index of observance of standards of providing the state and municipal services and their weight coefficients is developed. Many examples are given that show that it is necessary to improve this technique.
