Quality assessment methodology for technical means for potato growing

On the basis of systems analysis, pattern recognition, expert evaluation, graph theory we offer the technique of intelligent decision support in the diagnosis and validation of technical means for potato cultivation. A model is proposed for constructing an assessment tree and information technology of statistical synthesis criteria decision making algorithm, providing increased efficiency justification of means and systems based on them.
