The methodology for assessing the quality of life of the population of radioactive contaminated territories

Due to the fact that on the territory of our country there are vast regions exposed to radioactive contamination, which is home to a significant number of people, it becomes obvious the need for research aimed at studying the quality of life of the population. Usually the quality of life of the population is evaluated overall, not taking into account regional peculiarities. The first author based on sociological approach presents an original method of evaluation of the quality of life of the population of radioactive contaminated territories in which special attention is given to radiation to the past and shaped by a moral and psychological climate. Conducted thus tests help to draw conclusions for managerial decision-making and determining strategy of future sustainable development of the region.
