The author considers the problem of assessing the real estate located in remote areas, characterized by the absence of developed real estate market. As a possible solution to this problem provides a methodology to assess non-residential property peripheral areas, developed by Regional Council appraisers «Credo» in 2008 and has proved to be estimated on the Far East market. The technique - the use of information about the so-called comparable objects that may be in other areas of the province (region) with similar economic potential.
