The methodology of assessment of higher school educational environment resources in the development of students'' Linguistic competence

The authors present an original approach to the search of parameters that objectively reflect the educational environment resources in the development of students' linguistic competence. It is shown that the linguistic competence is a structural element of social and professional competence of a future expert. Selected parameters of the educational environment determine the process of students' linguistic competence development.
