Methodology for assessing the risks of the equipment adjustment process in small-scale production

Бесплатный доступ

The article discusses a methodology for assessing the risks of the process of setting up metalworking equipment in high-tech small-scale production. The risks of deviations from the setup regulations, affecting the preparation time for a technological operation, were assessed using Markov chains. The technique allows you to determine the probabilistic coefficients of system availability, performance deficits, failures and system reliability. A program has been developed to automate these calculations.
