Evaluating technique of socially-psychological compatibility of cultural characteristics of organizational interaction subjects

In this article a new evaluating technique of socially-psychological compatibility of cultural characteristics of organizational interaction subjects created by the author is described. The article also includes theoretical analysis of literature which predetermined appropriateness of created technique. There is also a theoretical and methodological basis of the research, the results of validity and approbations of the technique.
