Methods of value assessment of innovation projects with the involvement of venture capital

The article examines that fact that with the development of venture investments and proportion of innovation and investment projects the question is bound to arise about the necessity of researches of their specificity and methodological framework for the assessment. The article describes problems of standard assessment tool using and key elements of innovation and investment projects with the involvement of venture capital investments assessment are determined and developed.
