Methodology for determining the efficiency of implementing the toolkit of "lean production" in organizations for social development

Modern trends in organization management involve the use of new tools and methods to optimize costs. The literature presents various options for methods of influencing the results of financial and economic activities of enterprises, and responsibly influencing the costs incurred as a result of this activity. However, this impact is rarely associated with lean manufacturing practices. Lean manufacturing tools are mainly related to the work of industrial enterprises; social organizations are practically not involved. Therefore, today the question of the development of lean production methods in organizations of the social sphere remains relevant. In addition, when implementing the toolkit, it is necessary to keep in mind the efficiency of the costs associated with the implementation of this toolkit. In the course of the research, the authors analyzed the readiness of organizations in this area, the presented article contains fragments of the authors' conclusions on the methodology and results of assessment activities in social development organizations in order to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing technology.
