Methodology for determining the cost of improving the model of weapons and military equipment of air defense

Strengthening the country's defense capability is impossible without modernizing the Armed Forces. First of all, it helps to prevent technological lag behind a potential adversary. Since the modernization program of the Armed Forces is quite expensive, close attention should be paid to substantiating the structure of the costs of its implementation. The article proposes an improved methodology for determining the costs of producing an improved model of weapons and military air defense equipment. In particular, a comprehensive costing is proposed, allowing, among other things, to ensure the transparency of budget expenditures.
