The theoretical prerequisites for the development, features and main elements of the methodology for the polycontextual presentation of foreign lexical units and structures for memorization are described. The necessity of their systematic interval repetition in oral and written speech works of students, as well as in the process of analyzing authentic text fragments, is substantiated. The expediency of studying and implementing the methods of corpus linguistics to expand the context of the presentation of vocabulary units is emphasized. On the basis of fundamental research on the features of memory from the point of view of the effective organization of the learning process, the mechanisms of voluntary and involuntary memorization of various aspects of the use of foreign vocabulary units are considered. The features of using various online tools in the process of preparing practical tasks in accordance with the developed methodology are shown.
