Method of increasing the level of coordination abilities in gymnasts of junior school age by means of outdoor games

In rhythmic gymnastics, the ability to precisely control movements in space and maintain balance is the basis of each element. Such exercises develop not only muscle memory and the vestibular apparatus, but also form a stable sense of balance, which is necessary for performing complex sports compositions. The article examines the possibility of using groups of outdoor games aimed at increasing the level of coordination abilities in gymnasts of primary school age.
