Methodology of pre-bankruptcy analysis

In the framework of bankruptcy procedures, one of the key issues for creditors is the reality of debt collection. The purpose of the article is to summarize the practice of analysis and the formation of methodological foundations for the analysis of the feasibility and prospects of participation in the bankruptcy procedure by the creditor. In the work, the elements of the methodology of the primary analysis by the creditor of the prospects for debt collection are proposed, indicators for calculation during the analysis are proposed.
