Methods of prognosis, planning and monitoring the region demands for employees

The articles deals with the developing and analyzing the system of indicators that serves as a basis for the prognosis on the region needs for highly-qualified employees. Need for professional personnel has been predicted by Vladimirsky State University and Ltd. «IBC Expertise» (Moscow) with account for social economic development of Vladimirskaya territory. The suggested methods provide long-term process of prognosis, continuity and comparability of different prognosis evaluations.
