The article gives a formulation of regional cross-industry model, intended for intergrated assessment of the influence of various factors and regulatory measures on socio-economic development of the region, taking into account direct and indirect effects. The composition of exogenous and endogenous parameters of the model applied to the conditions of the region has been specified.
