Methodology for conducting an inventory of the organization’s work processes

The inventory of the organization's work processes is a procedure for accounting for all interrelated processes identified in the organization by building a process architecture in the form of a hierarchical directory (register) to provide the organization's management with complete and reliable information about the status of these processes. In the article, the authors propose performance indicators of the stages of the inventory ofprocesses and an approach to managing the effectiveness of the inventory ofprocesses based on the developed algorithm. Within the framework of managing the effectiveness of the inventory ofprocesses, the expediency of organizing activities that minimize the impact ofnegative factors using the "wave overlay" method is justified.
