The warm-up technics at physical education classes in German primary schools

The article deals with the concept of the warm-up, the principles and factors of its implementation described in some research publications and German-language Internet sources. Some types of physical activities during a warm-up for younger German students are highlighted. Special attention is paid to the description of the various forms of warm-up activities at the physical education classes, especially the game elements.
