Orbital constellations deployment technique and support for the space system of data provision

It has been developed the orbital constellation deployment technique and support using a deterministic model and models of the discrete Markovian random process. It is under performing the trade-off analysis of simulation of different synthesized orbital constellations generated by using various replenishing schemes and it is being defined the application of the deterministic model.
