The article is devoted to the actual direction in the modern education system - it is human resources development. It is noted that despite the increased requirements for the professional qualities of teachers, there are difficulties in sharing knowledge and developing conceptualization of professional experience. The research devoted to the definition of the concept of conceptualization of experience is considered. The conclusion is made about the importance of such development in the school environment as a self-studying organization. The author's definition of the concept of “development of conceptualization culture of professional experience” is proposed. The methodology of development of conceptualization of professional experience in school as a self-study organization is proposed for teachers of culture.
