The methodology of rating reliability assessment of Vologda region banks

This article is the result of testing the methodology for assessing the reliability of Vologda region commercial banks. The methodology is complex because the integral indicator of reliability is calculated on the base of the whole system of indicators of financial stability, the capital adequacy, liquidity and cost effectiveness of a bank.
