The technique for creating a portrait of the personality of juveniles in the context of typological risk of criminogenic exposure

Introduction: the author provides methods of realization of the portrait of the personality of juveniles in the context of typological risk and criminogenic exposure. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that the study of the person of a juvenile outside of the usual criminological portrait, and in the context of the general criminogenic factors, which influences the whole social and age group, allows you to define typological risks of exposure to all peers. Results: the proposed approach established a causal complex, involved in the genesis of such risks forms the basis for solving problems of prevention of juvenile delinquency as a whole, without division into criminals and prosperous. The analysis held on the criminalization of the person of a juvenile acquires a different value - is the development of special and individual prevention of recurrent manifestations on their part, and updates the overall picture of the characteristics of juvenile delinquency. Discussion and Conclusions: the author noted that in relation to juveniles, a comparative method of analysis and evaluation of the results of the survey, regardless of criminological significant of their status (convicted or not), it becomes acceptable to force one condition. It consists in the fact that persons under the age of majority, and located within the boundaries of the same age group are experiencing the same order, essentially the criminogenic influence reality around them.
