The method of selection of navigation receivers based on fuzzy areas of preferences

In this article, for the selection of innovative products in the space industry, using the example of navigation receivers, a multicriteria approach is proposed. This task is an integral part of the scientific problem - improving the use of space data to solve the most significant problems of socio-economic development of Russia. When choosing navigation receivers of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) signals that allow working with GPS, GOLONASS, as well as in the future, GALILEO and BeiDou, it is necessary to take into account state security issues, sanctions risks, consumer qualities and economic criteria. Since the choice of a specific supplier and model is a non-trivial task, we will use the fuzzy preference method to solve the problem.
