The article examines the current culturological directions in the study of corporate culture Research of corporate culture since the end of the XX century has been carried out in two directions by means of rational-pragmatic and phenomenological approaches. Based on the study of these approaches and definitions of corporate culture, the author for this study defines corporate culture, on the one hand, as a subsystem of the socio-cultural environment, on the other hand, as a unique distinctive characteristic of the characteristics of an organization that distinguishes it from other organizational structures.
