Methodological aspects of assessing the quality management systems efficiency

The article presents the results of a study of the issue of assessing the effectiveness of the quality management system of organizations in Russia. The main principles for evaluating the effectiveness of the quality management system in modern conditions of changing market conditions in the country are highlighted. An analysis of approaches to assessing the performance of a quality management system was carried out and a sequence of stages in the formation of an assessment methodology was developed. A universal list of criteria and indicators of the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system has been developed on the basis of existing research.
