Methodologic aspects of saliva receipt in farm animals

Comparison of effects of pilocarpin (1 % sol.), proserin (0.05 % sol.) and natrii citras (2 % sol.) on salivation velocity of cows, sheeps, camelus was conducted. Determined that 1 % solution of pilocarpin is most effective for saliva receipt and it must be put into half-and-half therapeutic dose.
