Methodological and applied determinants of development of experimental methods of formation of personal physical culture of children 5-6 years old with primary use of hip-hop aerobics

The paper presents the theoretical foundations of the development of the experimental method of formation of personal physical culture of children of preschool age with the predominant use of one of the most common and popular types of sports activity - hip-hop aerobics. The basic theoretical backgrounds of the experimental work are differentiated on two fundamental groups: methodological and theoretical fundamentals and application framework. The content of the article is based on the allocation of the essential characteristics of the main theories that determine the structure of methods of personal physical culture formation of preschool age children appropriate architectonics of complete pedagogical process involving scientific and methodological activities on goal setting, identification of the means used, the characteristics of technological solutions that ensure the achievement of planned projective installations and selection of adequate control procedures. These include fundamentals of the general theory of pedagogy in the implementation of the general pedagogical principles; mental laws, and in fact of human social development; theoretical foundations of the process of formation of personal physical culture of a man declaring the presence of its three basic components (operationally, motivational-value and activity); fundamental tenets of the theory of physical education, prescribing the need for decisions of three groups of organizational and methodological problems during physical education: the intellectual, social, psychological and biological ones. The applied determinants of the development process of the experimental technique are: developments of scholars and practitioners on the structural construction of technologies and methods of formation of personal physical culture and its components in preschool children; the results of basic research, opening new promising areas of physical education and development of preschool children; results of numerous studies in which the authors have substantiated the effectiveness of individual techniques that support various ways of increasing the development level of indicators that make up the basic components of personal physical culture of children of preschool age.
