The subprocess of managerial career management is the most important component of the personnel management process in economic systems of the «organization» type. The content of this subprocess is given on the basis of the normative content of its main attributes. The study of the existing sub-process of managing the career of managers in the basic organization has determined the need to ensure the career development of the organization's specialists. A fragment of the results of the study of problems in the subprocess of managing the career of managers in the organization and suggestions on key attributes for the development of the subprocess of managing the career of managers in the organization are presented. Instrumental support of innovative proposals is provided by management decision-making methods that will ensure the effectiveness of the personnel management process.
