Methodological basis and methodological features of project financing

The purpose of the article is to further comprehend the issues of a methodological nature arising in the field of project financing. The methodological basis of this article is a systematic approach to the study of the methodological and methodological foundations of project financing, as well as a methodology for systematization and decomposition of the elements that form the subject side of project financing. The article defines that the methodology and methodology of project financing is an interconnected set of elements that form a financial mechanism. The main elements defining the essence of the financing system of the construction complex are: objects of financing, subjects of the system - participants in the process, sources of financing, financing instruments, organizational forms, principles and mechanisms of financing. From these positions, referring to the elements listed above, in this article the author examines the methodological foundations and methodological features of project financing. The author has determined that the purpose of project financing is the most effective scheme for the implementation of financial relations arising in the process of project implementation. In methodological terms, project financing is a specific form of financial and investment activity, which is aimed solely at providing financial support for such specific activities as a project. In this aspect, such important elements of the methodology of project financing as its purpose, object and subject are highlighted. The object of project financing is a set of elements that form the content side of project activities that need appropriate resources. In turn, the subject of project financing should be considered organizational and methodological foundations that allow achieving the goals of project financing, as well as increasing the overall efficiency of the implementation and operation of various projects.
