Methodological bases for the integration of interdisciplinary methods for monitoring hydraulic structures as open dynamic natural and technical systems have been developed. An example of the implementation of the methodology of monitoring filtration processes and revealing the mechanism of infiltration of surface water basin waters into the quarry is given.
